Abstract
On 1957 November 4, an unprecedented solar radio event was observed at meter wavelengths. Observations at 169 Mc/s were obtained by the Nançay Observatory (great interferometer and simple radio telescope) and by the Humain Observatory. At 200 Mc/s the event was observed by the Nera Observatory. Keywords
