Abstract
The biosynthesis of DNA, proteins, RNA and phospholipids in M. smegmatis ATCC 607 was investigated by studying the incorporation of radiolabeled components in the presence of antiserum to mannophosphoinositides. The antiserum had an inhibitory effect on the rate of synthesis of these macromolecules. The inhibition was greater when antibody was present together with complement. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
