Abstract
Reaction of 3′-0-(t-butyldimethylsilyl)-2′-deoxythymidine-5′-carboxaldehyde and 2′,3′-dideoxythymidine-5′-carboxaldehyde with acetone afforded a 3:2 mixture of the two (5′R)- and (5′S)-5′-acetonylthymidine derivatives.This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
