Abstract
SYNOPSIS: Various microscopical techniques have been used to study the morphology of ascites tumour cells. These methods have the advantage that they are applicable to fresh material, thus avoiding the artefacts usually caused by fixation and associated procedures. Certain observations concerning the distribution of nucleic acids and proteins within these cells are discussed. Keywords
