Abstract
The unique objectives of a continuing education program need to be reflected in a flexible and less traditional structure for planning and administration within a school of social work. Potential participants and representatives of agencies assume a status of equality in the decision-making process for program development. Program budgeting principles and nonrestricted program activity allocations are appropriate concepts for financing continuing education activity. Keywords
