Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 60-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of lymphadenopathy and cutaneous nodules.She was well until three years earlier, when she began to have episodic swelling of the face, which was usually limited to the lower portion, including the lips and tongue. The attacks generally occurred not more than once or twice in a fortnight and were more frequent in the spring and absent in the summer. No precipitating factor was evident.
