Abstract
Cyclodextrinase is an enzyme that hydrolyzes cyclodextrins. Some amylolytic enzymes can also hydrolyze cyclodextrins. A comprehensive review of these cyclodextrin degrading enzymes and their action pattern is presented. Keywords
