Abstract
The leaf alkaloids of Phoebe clemensii Allen consist of the known aporphine alkaloid isocorydine, and two new aporphines, 10-hydroxy-1,2- methylenedioxy-aporphine and 2,11-dihydroxy-1,10-dimethoxyaporphine. The bark alkaloids of P. clemensii consist largely of the one aporphine alkaloid laurolitsine. Keywords
