Abstract
The ensemble averages of the spectral densities appropriate to various types of random walk are evaluated using a Monte Carlo method. The results are compared with theory. It is shown that a ``drifting'' walk cannot in itself explain the occurrence of 1/f noise in semiconductors. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
