Abstract
Analog memory charge-coupled devices (CCDs) have potential use in instrumentation for nuclear data acquisition, particularly for large detectors for high-energy physics experiments. Some measurements aimed at characterizing the Fairchild 321 for this application have been made. This includes measurements on linearity, noise, dark current and transfer inefficiency. The results are given together with the measurement techniques used. Keywords
