Abstract
A paradoxical rise in plasma PRL values was observed in anorexia nervosa patients during the course of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone infusion. This rise was more prominent in patients who had gained 1 kg or more in body weight during the week before the infusion than in those whose body weight was constant. Keywords
