Abstract
Angular distribution measurements and one angular correlation measurement have been made on a number of the γ-rays observed in the reactions 35Cl(p, γ)36A, 37Cl(p, γ)38A and 39K(p, γ)40Ca described in an earlier paper. From the results of these measurements the following probable assignments can be made to the levels in 36A, 38A and 40Ca: in 39K + p 1120, 1300 and 1566 keV resonances, 1±(2-); in 37Cl + p 1533 keV resonance, 2(-); in 35Cl + p 1510 keV resonance, 1±(2-); and 850 keV resonance, 3(+). For the bound states observed in 36A 1.95 MeV, 2(+); 4.1 MeV, 3(-).Keywords
