Abstract
This paper is concerned with spectral controllability of systems with multiple commensurate delays in the state variables. A necessary condition for spectral controllability is presented on the basis of finite Laplace transforms. It is closely related to the finite spectrum assignment problem. Physical meanings of it are also discussed. Keywords
