Abstract
In the limit of weak quantum fluctuations an effective long-wave action of the Heisenberg quantum antiferromagnet is obtained which allows one to get a spectrum, spin, and statistics of long-wave fluctuations. In the vicinity of the point of instability of an antiferromagnetic state quantum fluctuations result (at zero temperature as well) in a paramagnetic phase of a spin liquid.Keywords
