Abstract
To evaluate the health status and provision of health services to young adults with cerebral palsy. Ninety-seven per cent had ongoing health problems. Consultations with most health professionals declined markedly after leaving school. Young adults with cerebral palsy have considerable, continuing impairment and disability. Lack of contact with health services after they leave school may adversely affect their health status. Keywords
