Abstract
An absolute frequency measurement of aCO2=OsO4 secondary frequency standard, operating in themid infrared, is reported. A brief description of the measurementchain linking this standard to a hydrogen maserevidences the critical points. The measured frequency stabilityshows that the measurement system reaches the flickerfloor of the frequency standard, below the 10\Gamma14level.I.
