Abstract
It is shown that the Bose condensate of a low-density Bose gas whose interparticle interaction potential possesses a bound state is unstable. The modes with large momenta, of the order of the inverse radius of the bound state, are unstable. Their fluctuations grow exponentially in time. Keywords
