Abstract
Failure to thrive reflects an alteration of one (or more) of the five requirements for normal growth, which are: an organism so constituted that it will produce normal growth, a favorable environment, a proper amount of proper food, ability to digest and absorb food, and ability to utilize the absorbed food. The main points of an investigation to determine the cause of failure to thrive are presented. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
