Abstract
A very rare case of eosinophilic granulocytosis of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF eosinophilia) due to drug allergy caused by the intraventricular administration of gentamicin sulfate is presented with a review of the pertinent literature. An unusual clinical course and clinicoimmunological examination are also described. Keywords
