Abstract
We present a solvable singular quantum billiard which displays fully developed wave chaos. Its level statistics is investigated and proved to coincide with predictions of the Gaussian orthogonal ensemble of random matrices. The corresponding wave functions are shown to be well approximated by a Gaussian ransom variable. Keywords
