Abstract
This is a case report of a patient who developed several unusual complications of an aortofemoral vascular graft. These were thrombosis, pseudoaneurysm, and infection. There was an Aspergillus terreus infection of the pseudoaneurysm of the vascular prosthesis. A contiguous vertebral osteomyelitis due to A. terreus subsequently developed. This represented a localized, invasive form of aspergillosis. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
