Abstract
Oesophageal cancer has a high incidence rate in India and both males and females are affected almost equally. A study of high-risk factors associated with this disease is presented. Bidi smoking, panchewing with or without tobacco, and alcohol drinking are the factors strongly associated with oesophageal cancer in Bombay.Keywords
