TECHNIQUES FOR THE ISOLATION OF CELLS OF THE ADRENAL CORTEX, THE ANTERIOR PITUITARY AND THE CORPUS LUTEUM: MORPHOLOGICAL AND FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION OF THE ISOLATED CELLS

Abstract
A trypsin technique for the isolation of cells of the rat adrenal, the rat anterior pituitary and the bovine corpus luteum is described. The isolated cells have been characterized in morphological and functional terms.
