Abstract
A new technique for measurement of collision‐broadened homogeneous linewidths, using the nonlinear interaction between two traveling waves, is described. Measurements of homogeneous linewidth for the 6328‐Å neon line in neon and helium‐neon discharges are presented.Keywords
