Abstract
The Keilson-Storer collision kernel has been used extensively to model how velocity-changing collisions affect spectral line shapes. None of the standard references use or refer to the eigenvectors or eigenvalues of the collision kernel. Here the eigenvectors and eigenvalues of the Keilson-Storer collision kernel are given for both one- and three-dimensional problems. Keywords
