Abstract
Filamentous particles of rice grassy stunt virus, a member of the rice stripe virus group, were found to be associated with an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase activity. The general properties of this RNA polymerase were similar to those of that associated with particles of rice stripe virus. A minor polypeptide (mol. wt. 230,000), which may be the polymerase, was detected in virus preparations.
