Abstract
By comparing some of the problems of self-avoiding walks (SAWs) on critical percolation clusters (CPCs) to those of random walks, specific issues that need classification in order to understand the critical behavior of SAWs on CPCs are considered. From these issues and the node-link-blob picture of CPCs we discuss crossover scaling theory and the universality of SAWs on CPCs. Recent simulation results are also considered. Keywords
