Abstract
Including hospice, as a concept of care, into existing allied health curricula is very important. Hospiceshould be integrated into the curricula of allied healthp rograms. In addition tooffering courses on hospice care, there are many novel ideasfor exposing students to aspects ofhospice care including grand rounds, self-instruction packets, journal clubs, honors program presentations, monthly forums, and clerkships. Federalfunding is importanttosupportand develop hospice trainingaswellasotherresources.Keywords
