Abstract
In vitro und in vivo sehr stabil ist der Komplex aus 99mTc und dem Biotinderivat 1, der wie Biotin eine hohe Affinität zu dem Glycoprotein Avidin aufweist. Er konnte – kombiniert mit einem nichtmarkierten Konjugat aus einem tumorspezifischen monoklonalen Antikörper und Avidin – erfolgreich zum Nachweis von Gehirntumoren eingesetzt werden. magnified imageKeywords
