Abstract
73 cases of penile metastatic tumors secondary to bladder cancer have been collected from the literature. The cases are reviewed in regard to incidence, geographical distribution, age, interval between diagnosis of bladder cancer and appearance of penile metastases, symptoms, physical examination, endoscopy, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, routes of metastases, pathology, treatment, and prognosis. The spread of the tumor in and along prostatic nerves is documented. Keywords
