VENTRICULAR SEPTAL DEFECT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD

Abstract
Four instances of ventricular septal defect are reported, 2 with necropsy confirmation. This anomaly may be associated with tricuspid insufficiency, aortic insufficiency, absence of aortic septum, partial subaortic stenosis, hypoplastic aorta, and absent membranous septum. The prognosis of this group is poor.Keywords
