Abstract
Continuous flow paper electrophoresis has been applied to isolation of blood clotting factors. Stuart factor has been separated from proconvertin and shown to migrate in the albumin and pre-albumin area. Data presented show factor specificity and freedom from other clotting factors in the case of proconvertin, Stuart, and Hageman preparations. Keywords
