Abstract
Chronic heart failure is a common clinical condition with a high mortality and morbidity. Patients with the condition suffer from shortness of breath and fatigue on exercise. This article reviews the recent advances made in the understanding of the palhophysiology of chronic heart failure and explores further possible research options.Keywords
