Abstract
Physical and immunologic methods were used to demonstrate the presence of an apparently unique glycoprotein in stool and tissue of patients having cystic fibrosis of the pancreas. The detection of a molecular structure specific for the disease is consistent with the apparent hereditary nature of the affection. Keywords
