Abstract
Vitamin C was detd. by dichlorophenolindophenol titration. In all fruits and vegetables skin is richer than flesh; seeds are the poorest. In root vegetables leaves are richer than skin. In animal foods the order of richness is liver > kidney > bone-marrow > milk > heart > muscle. Flesh may be richer than skin in dried foods. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
