Abstract
This paper reports on a 1981 national survey of immigrants' attitudes toward life in Australia and Australian citizenship. The study treated citizenship as a variable consisting of two measures, namely (a) a national group's overall rate of citizenship and (b) the individual's current citizenship status. Keywords
