Abstract
A total dose of 24-48 mg. of the orally effective synthetic estrogen TACE (tri-p-anisylchloroethylene) admd. as 4 equal doses on as many successive days serves as the minimal effective estrogenic dose in the human postmenopausal female, using the corvification of the vaginal mucosa as the end point.Keywords
