Abstract
Teacher-completed Behavior Problem Checklists on behaviorally disordered younger and older boys and younger and older girls were factor analyzed. Results replicated in part prior research with behaviorally disordered, other handicapped, and nonhandicapped populations, but also revealed important differences. Age and sex comparisons were made between the four behaviorally disordered groups. Implications for a clearer understanding and treatment of the behavior and emotional problems of behaviorally disordered pupils were discussed. Keywords
