Abstract
The temperature dependence of the electron-phonon mass enhancement parameter through a second-order structural phase transition is calculated and is shown to agree with the observed temperature dependence of the effective mass in samples of Pb1-xSnxTe through the structural phase transition.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
