Abstract
With the use of mass-separated sources, the β-decay properties of and were investigated. The , , , , and single-proton states in and the , , , , and probably the single-neutron states in were identified. Systematics of neutron states in even-Z N=83 isotones are compared with predictions of spherical Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov calculations.
