Abstract
Laser treatment associated with transurethral resection of the prostate is a new and promising treatment of the stages T0 diffuse, T1 and T2 prostatic cancer. Our standardized treatment procedure gives few complications. So far we have not recorded any local recurrence in the 26 patients we have treated and followed up from 6 to 42 months. Keywords
