Abstract
Exact expressions for trap depths are derived from the analysis of first-order and second-order theoretical glow curves. These expressions are compared with some of the currently used approximate expressions and it is shown that errors in trap-depth energies of 20% or more are possible when some of the latter are used. A method of analyzing complex glow curves is also presented and discussed. Keywords
