Abstract
Body movements and heart rate were measured during dental treatment in 58 children 3 to 12 years of age. The heart rate increased in 85% of the 34 children who moved during intraoral injection. The heart rate decreased in 71% of the children with no overt body movement during intraoral injection. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
