Abstract
We developed a composite metal-backed single-layered electromagnetic wave absorber of (spinel-type Ni-Zn-ferrite, SiO2) composite materials, which operates in the frequency region from 1 to 4 GHz. A composite ferrite with a suitable thickness has the higher absorption frequency range than a Ni-Zn ferrite absorber, and the center absorption frequency can be changed by changing the mixing ratio. There are a few changes in the absorption band due to the change in the thickness in the composite ferrite. Keywords
