Abstract

The semileptonic (inclusive and some exclusive) and nonleptonic (inclusive and two-body)

B_{c}^{\pm}

decays are discussed in detail. All these decay widths are estimated by use of spectator-model dominance. The most promising two-body decay channels for searching for

B_{c}^{\pm}

are also discussed.
