Metastatic Breast Carcinoma With Positive Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors in a Man With Klinefelterʼs Syndrome

Abstract
A patient with Klinefelter's syndrome and breast carcinoma with multiple metastases, positive for both estrogen and progesterone receptors, showed documented regression of a lung and bone lesion after chemotherapy and a trial of tamoxifen therapy.
