Abstract
Oxotremorine-induced tremor activity in mice was suppressed by pretreatment with either L-dopa or atropine. Additional pretreatment with the opiate receptor blocker naloxone significantly potentiated the antitremor effect of L-dopa but not that of atropine. These findings indicate a selectivity of drug interaction between naloxone and L-dopa.Keywords
