Abstract
Surface adsorbates on clean metal surfaces are being studied by vacuum-ultraviolet differential-reflectivity methods. Results for rear gases adsorbed on metals reveal ionic characteristics of the excited configurations and weak coupling to the host electron gas.Keywords
