Abstract
Intermittent intravenous cyclophosphamide therapy has been shown to be effective in the management of lupus nephritis. There have been no reports of malignancies associated with such treatment regimens. We describe a patient who developed acute nonlymphocytic leukemia after receiving a total dose of 4 gm of cyclophosphamide over a 1‐year period. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
