Abstract
The sulphur distributions in the crude flesh proteins of lingcod, halibut, lemon sole, and white spring salmon have been determined. The proteins of the species examined proved to be excellent sources of methionine and the figures obtained for each amino acid agreed closely amongst the different species.Keywords
